Ini Prosedur Pelaporannya"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Semarang, Balmon SFR Kelas I \u2013 <\/strong>Penggunaan frekuensi ilegal ternyata merugikan masyarakat. Tidak hanya membahayakan keselamatan penerbangan, penggunaan frekuensi ilegal bisa memicu konflik antar negara apabila penggunaannya melampaui batas suatu negara.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Balmon SFR Kelas I Semarang terus berupaya untuk melakukan monitoring dan penertiban terhadap penggunaan frekuensi yang tidak sesuai aturan. Selaku salah satu Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) di bawah Ditjen SDPPI Kementerian Kominfo, Balmon SFR Kelas I Semarang memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat yang terganggu akibat adanya penggunaan frekuensi ilegal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apabila mengalami gangguan frekuensi radio, masyarakat dihimbau untuk melakukan pelaporan melalui aplikasi <em>Trouble Ticket. <\/em>Berikut prosedur pelaporan gangguan spektrum frekuensi radio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tata Cara Registrasi Untuk Pemegang ISR:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pelapor bisa membuka aplikasi Trouble Ticket melalui laman <a href=\"http:\/\/laporgangguansfr.postel.go.id\/\">http:\/\/laporgangguansfr.postel.go.id<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Memilih link <em>User Registration <\/em>di bagian atas laman<\/li>\n<li>Laman <em>Term &amp; Condition <\/em>akan muncul. Klik Aplikasi, kemudian Pusat Bantuan,<\/li>\n<li>Klik Tambah Kasus Gangguan<\/li>\n<li>Isi form laporan gangguan<\/li>\n<li>Klik tombol Kirim jika form aduan sudah diisi lengkap<\/li>\n<li>Notifikasi data aduan tersimpan\/terkirim<\/li>\n<li>Cek status pengaduan pertama kali adalah \u2018Open\u2019 dilihat dari menu user pelapor<\/li>\n<li>Cek email Notifikasi Aduan di email pengadu\/pelapor.
