Salah satu langkah untuk mewujudkannya adalah dengan mengembangkan kemampuan pegawai dalam bidang pelayanan.<\/p>\n<p>Pelatihan Pelayanan Prima atau <em>Service Excellence<\/em> yang digelar pada Sabtu (19\/11), bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik yang diberikan SDM Aparatur Balmon SFR Kelas I Semarang kepada masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Bertempat di Aston Inn Batu Malang, Jawa Timur, kegiatan dibuka oleh Kepala Sub Bagian Tata Usaha dan Rumah Tangga, Sutrisno, yang menjelaskan bahwa pelatihan ini merupakan salah satu upaya Balmon Semarang untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan agar makin optimal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSaya mewakili Kabalmon sangat mengapresiasi antusiasme pegawai dalam mengikuti pelatihan ini, karena <em>domain <\/em>pelayanan publik menjadi tanggung jawab kita bersama,\u201d jelas Sutrisno.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan pelatihan pelayanan prima ini menghadirkan narasumber Yuli Erawati selaku <em>Certified Assesor<\/em> dari Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi. Materi yang disampaikan berfokus pada <em>Quality Service<\/em> dan <em>Service Culture<\/em>, Keterampilan Kunci untuk <em>Customer Service<\/em> yang Berkualitas, Mengelola <em>Customer<\/em>, dan Pemulihan <em>Service Breakdown.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cPerwujudan pelayanan prima tidak hanya menjadi tugas dari <em>front office<\/em>, tetapi merupakan tugas seluruh pegawai dalam sebuah organisasi,\u201d ungkap Yuli.<\/p>\n<p>Yuli menambahkan, selaku pelayan publik, ASN idealnya memiliki <em>sense of belonging<\/em> baik terhadap pekerjaannya maupun organisasinya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Sense of belonging<\/em> harus terus dibina karena ini berpengaruh langsung pada bagaimana kita melayani masyarakat. Penting untuk diingat bahwa elemen kunci dari <em>Quality Service <\/em>terdiri dari <em>Reliability, Assurance, Tangible, Emphaty<\/em>, dan <em>Responsiveness,\u201d <\/em>tambah Yuli.<\/p>\n<p>Berkecimpung di dunia pelayanan, seorang pelayan publik juga harus selalu responsif terhadap permintaan masyarakat. Pegawai juga haruslah lihai dalam mengembangkan komunikasi yang efektif dengan <em>stakeholders <\/em>baik di lingkup internal maupun eksternal.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan pelatihan pelayanan prima ini kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sesi diskusi dan <em>sharing session<\/em>.
