The first AWO Indonesia Forum workshop was held at Camp Hulu Cai, Bogor, Indonesia. In this workshop, also invited regional coordinators of the AWO Indonesia Forum from all regions in Indonesia. Workshop is one of the work programs carried out as a form of means of honing forum administrators to further develop in their abilities so as to improve the quality of individuals and organizations.
The workshop consisted of 5 material sessions and 1 fun games session, which is :
- Good Governance Structure
Is an organizational training materials that aim for tips and tricks to run the wheels of an organization that is healthy, professional and can spread benefits to members and outside members in general.
- Financial Capacity
Is a training material for the organization’s financial management ability starting from recording to sustainable financial strategies with the aim of the AWO Forum being able to achieve financial stability independently
- Strategic Plan Writing
Is a training and direction from stakeholders, namely GAPUSPINDO, MLA and IA RMCP so that it is hoped that there can be harmony between the activities of the AWO Indonesia Forum and the activities of related stakeholders
- Building Monitoring & Evaluation Method
Is a training to measure the key to the success of an organization in carrying out activities and the impact of these activities according to predetermined success indicators and can increase the effectiveness of an activity
- Public Speaking, Negotiation & Networking Skills
Namely training to improve the quality of participants regarding the ability to speak in public, overcome problems in communication and the ability to negotiate with other parties in order to create the ability to add a wider network
- Fun Games
Is a game simulation activities that are packaged in the form of packages and facilitated by the main guide / instructor / mastergames with the aim of building togetherness while eliminating boredom and stress
