IHT dilaksanakan<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">\u00a0di ruang\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">Y<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">ogyakarta\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">KB-<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">TK Nasima,\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">Ja<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">l<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">an<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">\u00a0Puspanjolo Tengah Raya<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">69\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">Semarang<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">Pelatihan<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">\u00a0selama dua hari\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">tersebut<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">\u00a0diikuti 15\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">orang\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">guru.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-ID\">Kepala KB-TK Nasima,\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">Nur Anisah SS<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">MPd<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">mengatakan bahwa kegiatan ini\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">merupakan dari upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru secara berkesinambungan. Beberapa\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">\u00a0materi\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">merupakan penguatan kompetensi yang terkait dengan pengelolaan administrasi pembelajaran dan peningkatan layanan kependidikan kepada peserta didik maupun orang tua.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Evaluasi dan perbaikan harus selalu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">mutu\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">dan layanan kepada\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">peserta didik dan orang tua<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">\u00a0terutama\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">yang terkait dengan<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">\u00a0kegiatan belajar mengajar<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">,<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">\u00a0\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 terang<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">\u00a0Nur Anisah<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-ID\">\u00a0Fasilitator inti IHT adalah Dosen PGPAUD Unnes sekaligus Anggota Pengawas YPI Nasima, Dr Sri Dewanti Handayani MPd dan Koordinator IT Sekolah Nasima, Abdul Rozaq SKom. Sri Dewanti mengawali materi dengan paparan tentang dampak Revolusi Industri 4.0 terhadap dunia pendidikan, khususnya di Indonesia. <\/span><span lang=\"IN\">Sederet upaya perlu dipersiapkan, misalnya dengan\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">memperkaya<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">inovasi model atau\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">metode pembelajaran<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">. Salah satu yang aktual adalah\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">model pembelajaran\u00a0<em>Science<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Technology<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Engineering<\/em>,\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">A<\/span><em><span lang=\"IN\">rt<\/span><\/em><span lang=\"IN\">,\u00a0<\/span><i><span lang=\"EN-ID\">and M<\/span><\/i><em><span lang=\"IN\">ath<\/span><\/em><em><span lang=\"IN\">\u00a0<\/span><\/em><span lang=\"IN\">(STEAM)<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">STEAM adalah sebuah pendekatan pembelajaran terpadu yang mendorong siswa untuk berpikir lebih luas tentang masalah di dunia nyata. STEAM juga mendukung pengalaman belajar yang ber<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">makna\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">dan\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">membekali peserta didik tentang\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">pemecahan masalah,\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">serta<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">\u00a0berpendapat bahwa sains, teknologi, teknik, seni dan matematika saling terkait. Dalam STEAM, sains dan teknologi dapat diartikan melalui seni dan teknik, termasuk juga komponen matematika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-ID\">G<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">uru harus memiliki keterampilan proses yang baik dalam pembelajaran.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ID\">Guru perlu\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"IN\">menyajikan pembelajaran yang mampu memberikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dan menyenangkan bagi siswa. Pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa (student center) dan merangsang siswa untuk menyelesaikan masalah.
