Adapun resep-resep yang telah diajarkan untuk membuatnya adalah Boba Kelapa Muda, Es Kopi Susu Boba, Nugget Dangke, Pudding Espresso, Bebek Bakar ala Langda, Turtilla ala Langda, Bolu Kacang Merah, dan Angko Kacang Merah.<br \/>\n.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam sambutannya Lily Dianafitry H, S.Sos, MM selaku Ketua Program Studi Manajemen Tata Boga yang mewakili Direktur Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini sebagai salah satu bentuk program kerja Prodi Manajemen Tata Boga, yaitu bentuk Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang tidak hanya dilakukan oleh Dosen tetapi juga Mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Tata Boga.<br \/>\n.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutanya sambutan sekaligus Pembukaan kegiatan dilakukan oleh Zulkarnaen., S.P selaku Kabit Promosi Disporpar Kab. Enrekang yang mewakili Kepala Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kab. Enrekang mengatakan bahwa ini adalah salah satu wujud nyata untuk mendorong kepariwisataan di Kabupaten Enrekang khususnya dalam bidang kuliner.<br \/>\n.<\/p>\n<p>Pada hari kedua Direktur Poltekpar Makassar, Bapak Drs. Muhammad Arifin, M.Pd menyempatkan hadir pada kegiatan ini untuk memberikan arahan sekaligus apresiasi kepada para peserta. Direktur menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini adalah bukti nyata seseorang yang ingin maju haruslah belajar, belajar, dan belajar terus.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium
